Entries into the “LAKE OF THE OZARKS BIKEFEST 2011 PASSPORT SWEEPSTAKES” may be made via the following methods: 1) By having your Passport stamped at each of the above listed participating/sponsoring locations and turned in at the Official Full Throttle Lake of the Ozarks Bikefest 2011 Registration Tent at The Toad Cove Entertainment Complex or The lake of The Ozarks Harley Davidson Dealership prior to 12 NOON on Sunday, September 18th, 2011. One entry per Passport. 2) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES AND TO WIN. To enter without a Passport, print your name, address, date of birth, e-mail address and home telephone number on a 3” x 5” card and mail to: LAKE OF THE OZARKS BIKEFEST 2011 PASSPORT SWEEPSTAKES, c/o Full Throttle Midwest Magazine, 2626 N. Broadway Suite C, St. Louis MO 63102. One entry per envelope. All mailed entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 16th, 2011. No photocopies or mechanically reproduced entries accepted. The Grand Prize winner of the motorcycle and ten (10) additional lucky winners (prizes to be determined) will be selected in a random drawing to be held at approximately 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 18th, 2011, at the Lake of the Ozarks Bikefest 2011 at the Lake of the Ozarks Harley-Davidson Dealership. Winner will be announced from the Dealership and notified by telephone or regular U.S. mail. Winners will be responsible for picking up their prizes at a time and location to be designated by the Sponsors. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, which must be returned to the address identified on the affidavit within five (5) days of date of notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. Any prize notification or any prize returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). Entry constitutes permission to use winners’ names and likenesses for publicity purposes without additional compensation and winners may be required to sign and return, where lawful, a publicity release within five (5) days of attempted delivery of the same or an alternate winner will be selected. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received.
